Terms of Service

1. Our Services

Samyora provides the following services:

• WhatsApp CRM: Bulk messaging, AI-powered outreach, campaign management, auto-reply, and inbox handling via the Meta WhatsApp Cloud API.
• AI Voice Agent: Website-based AI voice agent for lead qualification and meeting booking.
• Custom Software Development: Web applications, SaaS platforms, AI automation, and cybersecurity services.
• Mobile App Development: Cross-platform mobile applications using React Native and Flutter.

Specific deliverables, timelines, and pricing are defined in separate project agreements or service contracts.

2. Use of the Platform

You agree not to:

• Use the platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of applicable laws
• Send unsolicited messages or spam through the WhatsApp API
• Violate Meta's WhatsApp Business and Commerce policies
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the platform
• Use the platform to transmit malware, viruses, or harmful code
• Scrape, copy, or resell platform content without written permission

3. Intellectual Property

All platform content — including text, graphics, logos, icons, images, and software — is the property of Samyora and protected by intellectual property laws. For client projects, IP ownership is defined in individual project agreements. Upon full payment, clients generally receive ownership of deliverables created specifically for them.

4. Credit & Attribution

Samyora may include a discreet credit (e.g. "Built by Samyora") on products we build. Clients paying full standard rates may opt out of this attribution. For projects with discounted pricing, display of credit is a condition of the reduced rate.

5. Client Responsibilities

As a client, you agree to: provide accurate and timely information needed for project delivery, review deliverables and provide feedback within agreed timelines, make payments according to the agreed schedule, and warrant that you hold necessary rights to any materials you supply to us.

6. Payment Terms

Advance payment may be required before work begins. Milestone-based payments follow the schedule defined in your project agreement. Late payments may result in project suspension. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in your agreement.

7. Limitation of Liability

Samyora shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim. Services are provided "as is" without warranty of uninterrupted or error-free operation.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate a service engagement per the terms of the project agreement. Samyora reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to the platform for violations of these Terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Bihar, India.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with a revised date. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance.
